General Information

First, there is a lot of confusion in Kings Park West about which homeowner association to contact. If you are looking for the homeowner association that covers the majority of Kings Park West other than Stallworth Court, Headly Court, and between 4909 and 5011 on Sideburn Road, please contact the Kings Park West Community Association. Their webpage is www.kpwhoa.org.

The easiest way to contact any or all members of the Board of Directors of West Park Community Association is by email. Of course, you can always pay us a visit as we are all your neighbors. To enhance personal security, we are reducing our Web presence by not displaying telephone numbers on this site (except for the president), but you may phone any of us on the Board of Directors. The names of members who are not serving on the Board of Directors or on committees are not shown on our website in accordance with the WPCA Privacy Policy. Personal email addresses will not be listed on this site at any time.

Submitting Complaints

The Association has a formal complaint policy that includes a procedure for submitting complaints. Complaints are submitted using the Association Complaint Form. This form, with its associated attachments, may be mailed to the Association president (see the address below), hand-delivered to one of the members of the Association's Board of Directors, or may be scanned into Portable Document Format (.pdf) files for emailing to complaints@kpwwpca.org. All complaints will receive prompt attention.

Obtaining a Disclosure Packet

If you are preparing to sell your home in our community, you require an Association Disclosure Packet to comply with Virginia Code §55.1-1809. Please contact the Association's president to obtain a disclosure packet. There is no cost associated with a virtual disclosure packet provided via the Association's website. There is a $25 charge for a paper disclosure packet.
