1996 Annual Meeting Minutes
The Annual Meeting of the West Park Community Association was called to order at 7:40 PM on November 21, 1996 by President Rick Cary. There were 12 members present.
Minutes from the 1995 Annual Meeting were read by Faye Kraus and approved.
OLD BUSINESS
1. Issue of how many people may live in 1 house. Rick Cary clarified that 4 non-family members may reside in 1 home.
2. The question about the sidewalk on Sideburn, that is unfinished, was raised as to whose property it is; electric co. or townhomes on Braddock? County states it is not theirs. Still waiting to find out who the property belongs to.
- A suggestion was made as to having the association pay to have in [sic] paved. It was also pointed out, this may not be such a good idea, as the electric co. has already dug up that area several times in the past.
- A recommendation was also made by a member that we take a photo and send it to Sharon Bulova.
3. Regarding the maintenance of playground: An Eagle scouts project is taking care of clean up this year.
