Resolution
The Board of Directors resolve that the $650.00 payout of the Headly Common Driveway Escrow made on 14 February 2010 was not compliant with the Association's Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and that the $650.00 must be restored to escrow. The treasurer will assess the recipient of the escrow payout to restore the $650.00 within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
