Resolution
The Board of Directors formally appoint Cindy Sanzotta to serve for the remainder of the 2017 term in the currently vacant position of Secretary in accordance with Article IV, Section 5 of the By-Laws of the Association.
This Resolution was duly adopted at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 13 September 2017.
